►Oil Well Drilling Field
Our products are widely used as oil well drilling additives, as Shale Stabilizer, HTHP fluid loss control agent, Viscosifier, Thinner, etc. We could provide the proper products with different environment of oil drilling project.
Our main oil drilling additive including: water-based drilling muds and oil-based drilling muds.
Some our main products;
Sulfonated Asphalt Sodium
They can emulsify fresh water or sea water with oil, depress the dispersion of drill chips, control HTHP FL, produces thin and tenacious mud cakes, helps maintain low shearing rate under HTHP, cleans and stabilizes well holes that have a great deal of collapsing shale.
● Stabilize shale stratum
● Reduce rotative torque and prevent jamming
● Substitute of oil, including crude oil, waste engine oil and diesel oil
● Depress the solid expansion of drill chips
● Produce thin and tenacious mud cakes
Sulfonated Lignite
Sulfonated lignite is mainly used in petroleum, geological exploration drilling. In the drilling mud, it has a significant role in reducing filtrate loss and viscosity. It can be used together with many kinds of drilling fluids directly. Frequently used with Humic acid kalium, SPNH, Sulfonated phenol formaldehyde resin etc. Normal dosage is 2.0-3.0%
Sulfonated Phenol-formaldehyde Resin
KOL-SUL RES--sulfonated phenoldehyde resin, can reduce the filtration, prevent the collapse of borehole, lubricate the drilling tools in the salt water drilling mud containing calcium under high temperature and high pressure.
Partially Hydrolyzed Polyacrylamide PHPA
PHPA is effective in fresh and salt water drilling fluids, minimizing the build up of solids in drilling fluids.
Also it is effectively prevents clay and shale problem such as welling, sloughing, bit balling and mud rings.
● Prevents dispersion and swelling shales and clays by way of encapsulation.
● Promotes more effective removal of solids at the rig shale shaker, thereby minimizing drilled solids build up.
● Promotes rapid settling of cuttings in settling pits.
Gilsonite

The addition of special-treated Gilsonite to water-based drilling fluids helps minimize hole washout by stabilizing troublesome shale’s
The addition of Gilsonite to oil well cements reduces slurry weight without loss of compressive strength and acts as an effective bridging and plugging agent to seal fractures in week formations while cementing.
Organic lignite
KOL AP is organic lignite. It is used to reduce the HTHP FL in the oil based mud. It helps to promote emulsification of the reverse emulsion and improve emulsion's stability, particularly used in deep wells with high temperature.
KOL AP is amine-treated lignite. Its toxicity is very low. If note operation, it doesn't cause problems for the operator's health and the surrounding environment.
