China and India leading oil demand growth in developing countries

According to the BP anuual report, now the developping countries(Non-OECD country)' oil demand growth is very strong, especially China and India these two big manufacturing center, but still below the historical average, and the report said the China oil consumption increased 6.3%, about 770 thousand barrel per day, and India 8.1%, about 310 thousand barrel per day. Both country used the low oil price to increase their strategic petroleum reserve.
