What is the Resin Lignite? How to make it?

We must talk about lignite before we can talk about the SPNH, as we know, lignite is a kind of polysubstituted aromatic organic compounds(including rot plant acid, and rot black real), with many activity functional groups. Polymerization reactioncan be caused by some organic high polymers, such as acrylamide, propylene, ethylene and so on, they can form macromolecular organic polymers molecule, the molecule we call SPNH or the Resin Lignite.

Resin Lignite is usually used as a drilling fluid filtrate loss reducer with high salt resistant and hot resistant property, which is made of sulfonated phenolaldehyde resin (SMP) and sulfonated lignite (SMC). And it will be one of the best HTHP mud systems, if we use it mixed with sulfonated sodium tannin and sulfonated asphalt.
