Moderate Temperature Cement Retarder KOL RTD M CEM

►Property

KOL-RTD M CEM can absorb on the surfaces of cement hydrate to inhibit contact with water and on the surfaces of crystal nucleis to prevent their increase. So it can retard hydrating of cement slurry.

►Function

KOL-RTD M CEM consists of various kinds of compounds, such as cellulose derivative and hydroxycarboxylic acid.

Appearance: pale yellow powder without poison, odor or corrosivity.

Normal dosage: 0.1%-1.0%(BWOC).

Reduce the consistency of cement slurry and improve its rheology.

Retard the thickening time efficiently.

Generally used in oil wells whose circulate temperature under bore is below 110℃.

Mixed without water.

Packaging and transport Sacked with three packages, 25kg/sack. Be kept away from moisture and possible damage of the packages in transportation.Stored in cool and dry situation and storage life is two years.
